(AFTER THE AFTER AGAIN)

AFTER A FEW YEARS
They met each other in a hot city when December was
coming, when they were seventeen. Their first date
was in a coffee shop.
In his life, there were two times when he was moving
out from that hot city. He tried to find the coffee
shop both times, but he couldn't. She stays at his
place for a long time.

AFTER (AFTER A FEW YEARS)
He can't remember the exact time when they met each
other. They had been together for a long time. She
lived in a new city before they broke up. Suddenly,
he felt she was a stranger.

THE 條 件 式 的 成立 ESTABLISHMENT OF CONDITIONS

Snow arrived a little late this year, but we have
been long into the winter days. We all have a
habit of waiting for a sign to prove something
obvious. So living in waiting, we wait for the sign.

(the whole story)

From beginning to end, we are still not familiar with each other.
Driving on a one-way street, (the whole story)... we never meet.

FROM THERE TO HERE THE CITY BECAME FAMILIAR

FROM THERE TO HERE
THE CITY BECAME FAMILIAR
We were always afraid of becoming used to a new place, but usually we did, and we did well.

Year_2000
I just came back from Portsmouth,
a city in southern England.
I bought my first Oasis album and
also their first album.
Her name was Jane.
She said she went to a city in
northern England during the winter.
She said the city is very cold and snowy.
Jane said there is a famous Festival there every
summer and she will be study there in the future.
I have no idea where and
what this city she said is.

Year_2008
Jie is my classmate.
She said, “Let’s go to Edinburgh.
All the buildings there are castles.
We can have parties in castles every night.
It’s cool! Right?”

Year_2011
I am in this city that before I felt was strange.
I bought Oasis’ last album.
I know about the Edinburgh Festival now.
I live in a snowy city.
I know Jie is a liar.
There are not only castles here and I am not
allowed to party in the castle.

sunrise already

When everything runs to the end, expectation and trepidation come together.
Have you seen the movie, "Before Sunrise”? These kinds of movies are long
and boring, but in them are things that actually happen in your daily life and
at the end you feel your eyes are wet and you can’t seem to leave your seat...
That’s what I want to give you. It was also a line in my first presentation when
I came here to Edinburgh

Journeys are like running in circles.
Now, here we are back to the start.
